Hyderabad: An intermediate student sustained serious injuries after reportedly jumping from the top of a tribal girls’ hostel building at Jingurthi village in Tandur mandal of Vikarabad district. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances behind the incident.
The student, identified as Maheshwari, is a second-year inter student. She suffered severe injuries in the fall and was first shifted to the local government district hospital for emergency treatment.
Probe begins after intermediate student jumps from hostel building
As her condition required advanced medical care, doctors referred Maheshwari to Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad for further treatment. Her current medical condition has not been officially disclosed.
