Malkajgiri Shooting Leaves Woman Dead After Gun Attack
Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Shooting Case: A woman was shot dead by her husband in Maruthi Nagar, Malkajgiri, at around 6 am on Wednesday, according to information provided by police sources.
The deceased was identified as Nisha Rani. Her husband, Arun Kumar, allegedly fired three rounds at her and killed her. The incident reportedly occurred amid suspicion harbored by the accused.
Malkajgiri Shooting Under Police Investigation
Arun Kumar was married to Nisha Rani, who was the younger sister of his first wife, Swarnalatha. He has two children from his first marriage. Swarnalatha is currently living separately from him.
According to the available information, Arun Kumar married Nisha Rani five years ago in Yadagirigutta. Authorities also stated that he had previously been caught with a weapon in the Amberpet area. Furthermore, he was recently released from remand in March.
Police have registered a case and started an investigation. Officers are also examining the source of the weapon allegedly used in the incident.
