Omkareshwara temple foundation stone ceremony to be led by Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stone for the Omkareshwara temple foundation ceremony in Rangareddy district on March 28, 2026, officials said.
According to an official announcement, the ceremony will take place at Sri Veerabhadra Temple premises in Manchirevula village under Gandipet mandal from 8:30 AM onwards. The event is being organised by the Musi Riverfront Development Corporation Ltd.
The programme will be held in the presence of religious heads, including Jagadguru Shankaracharyas Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam of Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri.

Officials said the Omkareshwara temple foundation event marks a key step in the development of religious infrastructure in the region. The venue has been prepared to host dignitaries, devotees and officials attending the ceremony.
