According to bullion traders, the price of 24-carat gold increased to ₹1,69,500 per 10 grams in Hyderabad. At the same time, 22-carat gold was quoted at ₹1,56,950 per 10 grams, marking a steep jump compared to previous sessions.
Silver prices also registered a notable increase. The rate of silver in Hyderabad rose to ₹3,77,600 per kilogram, traders said, adding pressure on buyers ahead of the upcoming festive and wedding season.
Gold prices Hyderabad rise amid strong bullion market trends
Market experts said the surge in gold prices Hyderabad was driven by a combination of global cues, sustained investor interest, and local demand. Jewellers noted that while prices had risen sharply, consumer interest remained steady, particularly for investment-grade gold.
Traders added that silver prices followed a similar trend, supported by industrial demand and investor buying. They said price movements in the coming days would depend on international bullion rates and currency fluctuations.
