Telangana panchayat polls: Final voter list by September 2
Hyderabad: The State Election Commission has stepped up preparations for the Telangana panchayat polls. The final voter list will be published on September 2, following the draft roll and objection process.
Draft rolls will be displayed on August 28 in gram panchayat and mandal offices. On August 29, district election officers will meet political party representatives, while mandal-level discussions with MPDOs will follow on August 30.

Objections and corrections will be accepted from August 28 to 30. Officials said all claims will be reviewed before publishing the final electoral roll. State Electoral Officer Rani Kumudini instructed teams to strictly follow the timeline.
