Hyderabad: Renowned surgeon Dr Pradeep Kumar Sethi met President Droupadi Murmu during her visit to Mumbai and invited her to visit a school in Odisha focused on educating underprivileged children. The interaction highlighted efforts to expand access to quality education.
During the meeting, Dr Sethi informed the President about Utkal Gaurav International School located in Keonjhar district. He said the institution provides international-standard education to children from rural and economically weaker families. He said around 350 children from underprivileged backgrounds are currently studying at the school. In addition to academics, the institution offers training in sports and personality development. He added that the school aims to create a supportive environment for holistic growth.
