Prajavani programme receives 54 complaints in Rangareddy district
Hyderabad: The Prajavani complaints programme at the Integrated District Offices Complex in Rangareddy district received 54 petitions on Monday. District Collector C. Narayana Reddy directed officials to resolve them promptly.
Residents from different parts of the district attended the programme. They submitted representations outlining their grievances directly to the Collector. Addressing officials, Narayana Reddy warned against keeping Prajavani petitions pending. He instructed officers to review each case regularly until resolution.
The Collector also asked district-level officers from concerned departments to act immediately. He stressed that departments must address public issues without delay. He said the administration conducts Prajavani to deliver quick solutions and ensure accountability.
Prajavani complaints split equally across departments
Out of the 54 petitions, 27 related to the Revenue Department. The remaining 27 concerned other departments, officials confirmed.
Additional Collector (Revenue) Chandra Reddy, District Revenue Officer Sangeetha, and officials from various departments attended the programme. Collectorate superintendents and supporting staff were also present.
