Adani Group plans $60B investment in India’s energy sector

Hyderabad: Adani Group will invest $60 billion (₹5.34 lakh crore) by FY2032 to expand electricity production, renewable energy, and transmission.
The group said the funds will meet India’s growing demand and push for energy self-reliance.
Adani Group renewables push worth $21B
Subsidiary Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) will invest $21 billion (₹1.85 lakh crore) to boost renewable capacity. It plans to expand from 14.2 gigawatts to 50 gigawatts by FY2030.
AGEL builds and operates solar and wind projects linked to national grids.
